What to Expect in a Session.

If you're considering Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) for the first time, you may be wondering what to expect during a typical session. Here's an overview of what typically happens during an RTT session:

1. Consultation

The first step is an initial consultation to discuss your goals and any issues you'd like to address in therapy, as well as understanding the process of RTT and answer any questions you may have.

2. Hypnosis

We’ll start by guiding you into a hypnotic state. Hypnosis is a relaxed state of mind that allows you to tap into your subconscious mind. Expect to feel deeply relaxed and safe, You will remain fully aware and in control throughout the session.

5. Transformation

Using a combination of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and NLP, I’ll work with you to transform your negative beliefs and thought patterns into positive ones. This process may involve visualisation, positive affirmations, and other techniques.

3. Root Cause

Once you’re relaxed, we’ll work together to uncover the root causes of the issue. This could be past trauma, early childhood experiences, or ingrained beliefs that continue to affect your present life. Understanding the origins of your challenges is key to creating lasting change.

6. Integration

Once the transformation process is complete I’ll support you to integrate your new beliefs and patterns of thinking into your daily life. This will include a personalised hypnosis recording to listen to for a minimum of 21 days,

4. Understand & Release

Now that we understand where your beliefs and emotions came from we can release them using a range of tools, such as visualisation. Expect to feel lighter and renewed.

7. Follow up

I love to check in with clients to hear about how life is with your new beliefs and chat through any other areas you’d like to work on.
